Shipping & Delivery

Canadian orders ship via UPS, Canpar, Purolator, or FedEx. Post Office Box orders will need an alternate shipping address during any active Canada Post strike action. All US orders currently ship via USPS to avoid extreme UPS customs processing fees. US Post Office Boxes ship via USPS only. All Australian and New Zealand orders ship via UPS only. 

All shipments with a pre-tax value of $200 or more require a signature upon delivery with no exceptions. 

US Shipping Policy In Effect ONLY When Canada Post is not Engaged in Strike Action

At this time we are able to ship to all US customers, including select US territories (we see your orders Puerto Rico!). US orders will be subject to state taxes, customs inspection fees, import duties/tariffs and/or regulatory fees depending on your jurisdiction for which the recipient will be responsible, and which are not refundable in any way, in whole or in part. DUTY AND/OR TARIFFS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU AT CHECKOUT. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of any customs inspection fees, import duties/tariffs and/or regulatory fees which may be in effect at the time of purchase and/or time of border processing and clearance. We are not able to provide any guidance regarding import duties/taxes.

THE US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS SUSPENDED THE DE MINIMIS REGULATION FOR SHIPMENTS FROM ALL COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. THIS MEANS ALL SHIPMENTS, REGARDLESS OF VALUE, WILL BE CONSIDERED A FORMAL ENTRY AT THE US BORDER. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOUR SSN OR EIN FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE. YOU MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL IMPORT FEES AND/OR TARIFFS. ANY TARIFFS YOU ARE SUBJECT TO ARE AN IMPORT TAX LEVIED BY THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ON CONSUMER AND COMMERCIAL IMPORTS. THIS IS PAID FOR BY AMERICAN CITIZENS, NOT BY ANY OTHER COUNTRY OR ORGANIZATION. THE SUDDEN AND SIGNIFICANT INCREASE OF FORMAL CUSTOMS ENTRIES AT THE US BORDER MAY CREATE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS. AS THESE REGULATIONS ARE CHANGING AT SUCH A RAPID PACE NEITHER WE NOR ANY BROKERAGE FIRM ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE CLEAR GUIDANCE AT THIS TIME. 

Australia & New Zealand Shipping

All orders to Australia and New Zealand ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited service only. You may be responsible for import frees/duties/taxies and/or processing fees levied by UPS upon delivery. eevee's Micromobility Inc is not responsible in whole or in part for any additional fees applied by either UPS or Australian or New Zealand import control. Any additional fees applied by either UPS or Australian or New Zealand import control are the sole responsibility of you the purchaser. If you refuse delivery and the shipment is returned to us all shipping fees, outbound and return, as well as any additional fees owing on the shipment will be deducted from your refund. 

Post Office Boxes

Only Canada Post (Canada) and USPS (USA) will ship to PO Boxes. Some oversized items may be unable to be shipped via Canada Post or USPS. If this is the case you will be contacted to provide an alternate delivery address. 

Shipping Delivery Times

Online orders paid in full via credit card, Interac debit, Affirm, or PayPal typically ship from our Vancouver warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon PST through to Sunday will be processed to ship Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed to ship on the next business day. All estimated shipping times (expressed in days) reflect business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays). Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in estimated shipping times.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the order has shipped. If you did not receive an order confirmation please email hello@eevees.com so we can help.

Estimated date of delivery may fluctuate due to extenuating circumstances such as weather, labour action, operational delays etc. We will work directly with you and the shipping companies to provide expedient solutions in the case of a severe delay if one should so occur.

Shipping Insurance & Disclaimer

eevee's is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. The risk of loss and/or damage passes onto the customer after the shipment has been picked up by the courier. Some customers may have shipping insurance or purchase protection as part of their credit card holder agreement. Please refer to your credit card holder agreement for details.

Fraud Policy

The eevee’s Parts website is built on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Shopify provides built-in anti-fraud and security risk software to analyze every order placed through the eevee’s Parts website.

In some cases orders placed may trigger a fraud alert. This could be due to a number of risk factors.

In the case that an order is given a high level risk of fraud warning it will automatically be cancelled and refunded immediately. Any subsequently placed orders using the same payment method of the fraudulent flagged order will be refused.

In the case that an order is given a medium level risk of fraud warning we may reach out to you via email in order to verify your identity and payment details. If the required verification information is not received within 48 hours of the request your order will be cancelled and refunded.

If an order is found to be fraudulent the appropriate authorities will be notified and eevee’s will assist in every available capacity to help lead to the arrest and/or prosecution of anyone committing financial fraud and/or identity theft.

Due to the high value of our products we take e-commerce fraud and identity theft extremely seriously. If you are notified about your order being potentially fraudulent, the steps being taken to verify identity and payment information are done to protect yourself and all of our customers from financial fraud and/or identity theft.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

AS OF MARCH 10, 2026 ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

If your order has not yet shipped from our location you may still be eligible for a cancellation/refund/exchange. If your order has not shipped and you wish to cancel your order, all credit card and PayPal purchases incur a 3.5% merchant fee and will be deducted from the refund amount. 

All Affirm purchases incur a 9% merchant fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Upon successful completion of a transaction and receiving an order confirmation number via eevee's point of sale or on the eevee's Micromobility Inc. website checkout page, the customer agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
